„Night at the Museum" in Trakai Island Castle
Marking international day of museum, Trakai Museum of Lithuanian History will open its gate at night. You will be able not only to get acquinted with museum exposition at night but also dive into live of medieval times: dance with the ancient dancers, try your courage in the cellar of castle's jail in the cellar, stand the confrontation the butcher, try your felicity in archery or even play chess with the Duke.

Trakai city Festival
Opening of tourism season - for 2 days whole Trakai city will be filled with music, songs and sporting activities crowned by spectacular fireworks.
Medieval Festival
Medieval Festival takes place every year mid June in Trakai Island Castle. Visitors might experience medieval lifestyle, observe creation and purchase medieval articles, participate in fights of knights and archers.

Opera PILENAI
From 2001 in the beginning of July in the Trakai Castle audience can enjoy production of the best and most famous Lithuanian opera - PILENAI. Trakai Castle serves as a natural decoration and this play every year draws crowds of viewers.
