Europos Parkas, established in 1991, the first year of independent Republic of Lithuania, soon enough became a symbol of the country‘s transition from one state to another.
The museum displays more than 100 works created by artists from 32 countries around the world. The art collection contains large scale works by famous contemporary artists such as Sol LeWitt, Magdalena Abakanowicz and Dennis Oppenheim.
The sculptures and installations are permanently exhibited in the forest, amidst meadows and beautiful hills with natural springs.
After the tour, guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or full lunch at the Europos Parkas restaurant.
