All Litinterp Vilnius Guesthouse furnishings and decorations are reflective of local or historical culture.
They teach their guests about the importance of respecting the local culture and history and suggesting to avoid places that do not want or should not be disrupted by tourism.
Throughout all guesthouse they have installed water-saving devices such as low-flush toilets and low-flow showerheads and faucets.
Also they train local employees for management positions and support their career development across all levels.
All staff is engaged in caring about the guest house as their own home in an active campaign to detect and repair leaking toilets, faucets and showerheads, etc.
