• The hotel's furnishings and decorations are reflective of the local or historical culture.

Energy and Water Management

• The hotel staff ensures that the hotel's activities do not adversely impact the energy supply for the local residents.
• The employees are engaged in an active campaign to detect and repair leaking toilets, faucets and showerheads.

Waste Management

• The hotel employees reuse treated water for washing floors, flushing toilets and watering the gardens.
• The hotel is launching a solid waste management program.
