- We buy and also encourage guests locally produced goods and services;
- Offer our guests activities to learn about the local culture;
- We work with our staff and other relevant people to develop and publish an environmental and social mission statement, standards, goals and action plan;
- We minimizing the use of chlorine, bleaches, detergents and other chemicals that end up in wastewater and regularly monitoring air conditioners, heat pumps, refrigerators, freezers and kitchen cooling equipment to detect and eliminate leakage;
- We certainly do compost organic wastes.
